MR6550 is slower than phone tethering. Why?
I have an MR6550 and it doesn't perform as fast as my Samsung S23 ultra phone. I'm 4 blocks away from the n41 tower. When I speed test my phone, I get 1200 mb download speeds on 5G Sub-band n41. When I use the same sim or any sim on the MR6550, I get 750 mb download. Is this normal? For such an expensive device, I would assume it would perform just as fast as the phone. Is it possible the mr6550 isn't using n41? What are some things that I can do to troubleshoot? Netgear support was useless.
