5G CPE Modem - Just recv and need some guidance

JUst received my magic modem today and with some help from friends on FB got it setup and running

But the speed of the 5GCPE modem+TI sim is slower than the SagemCom+TMHI sim in same location
Is there something i should configure to get it to be faster than the Sagemcom/TMHI sim

eventually i will move the TMHI Sim over to the 5GCPE modem.
