TLDR; What router and how to hack it to get unlimited with mint/visible?

What's the best solution in 2022?

New build.
Permanent install.

I've Done a lot of reading on this topic and there is so much information that I need pointed to the best solution for 2022. Im very comfortable with networking and tech. My location is near a large city and has good signal. It'll be a permanent installation and external antennas are possible. I own the building and can do whatever I want. Going to be there for years.

What router should I get/build that lets me change the IMEI or spoof a smart phone? Do all have to use a j-tag/dcunlocker solution to change IMEI or are there ones that allow you to set that number in the user interface?
