What is USB Port on WE826 used for?

Probably a dumb question, but what is the USB port on the WE826 used for? Can it be used as a network share?

It can be used for a 4G LTE USB dongle, a printer, external hard drive, etc... Not sure what type of network share you are referring to.

Network share, say you have files you want to put on a USB flash drive and share with other computers on your network.

It would depend on the firmware. Looks like GoldenOrb does allow it though I have never used it.

Instead of using an internal radio/modem, the usb port also allows you to tether your phone to the router to act as an external modem.
