Headphone Interference

Post by KennethPiper »

Hi, Guys:

I know the store is closed, but I was wondering if I could get some help with what I hope is a simple issue.

I have a WE826-T2 with a EM7565 modem.

Everything was working wonderfully until suddenly it started kicking me off the internet every 5 minutes or so.

I did some hard thinking and realized the only thing that was different was I had begun using my wireless headphones again. Sure enough, when I unplugged it and turned it off, internet worked flawlessly again.

I assume I need to change a channel or something in the router since the headphones don't offer any kind of option for changing, but I can't remember how to make that change.

If it's a quick fix, can someone walk me through it? Or if that info is already posted somewhere, a link would be awesome.

Thanks in advance for the help.

You can change the WE826 wifi channel:

Then:

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
