m2m tracker iot help

im not sure where to post this at but figured id start here.

im looking at a couple of the calamp telematic modules with gps built in.

does anyone know how these work? if i buy the iot sim from att how do i track these things and such?

i know people sell the monitoring but im a diy kinda person.

does anyone have any experience with anything like this?
