The USB3 to M.2 adapter enclosure is backward compliant to USB2.0 such as the USB port on the WE826-T2.
With that said, you cannot update the firmware on a EM7565 from the WE826-T2. You will need to flash it using a Windows or Linux PC. You can search the forum on the procedures to do this.
