Need help unlocking Quectel RM500U-EA locked to only one provider

Hi, I’m Key and I need help on getting my module unlock. I don’t have problem using it with the current carrier/provider but it just good to be able to use other carrier/provider on this Quectel RM500U-EA modem. Further help and guide would be much appreciated.

Typically those modems aren't carrier locked, but usually a simple firmware flash can clear any special settings or custom firmware restrictions.
Head over to the Quectel forums and ask a moderator there for a latest firmware update:
