I got the program and it has an IP address and a terminal control panel,
but I did not get enough information about how to use it
If anyone has an idea about this, please let me know

Why would you not refer to their
DOCUMENTATION.

Technical support for this program has been suspended for more than two months. There has been no response

Click on Jims link, you do not need tech support to use it, it is a guide and it explains everything.

I just want to take a copy of the modem's software and use it on another modem

That is not going to happen with that tool, you may be able to do some part of that with it but if you are thinking you are going to press a button and have a working reloadable firmware you are mistaken

I use terminal, there is no program that will just "take a copy" of the firmware with a click.
