Visible Plan Upgrade -Worked now doesn't

So, I've been using Visible for my router for 2+ years with good speed and stability. Excellent coverage in our area!

Since the new visible plan upgrade I have not been able to get data service. Help would be appreciated. Here is what I have done so far.

Device:
NEXP1GO router
Quectel RM502Q-A Router

Actions so far:
New SIM received
Activated in authorized phone first
Router identity is correct
AT firewall commands setting IP6 HL to 65 and IP4 TTL to 64
APN set to vzwinternet

What am I missing? I seem to get connection of the modem to visible for a few seconds, then it drops.

Having same issue on both my Sierra wireless em7455 and Dell DW5821e with new visible plan. Connects for 45 seconds before completely dropping.
