Routers antenna description

New to this knowledge base.
I have two Cudy routers - LT18 and LT500D. I am looking into external antennas for both and trying to understand the specifications for the antennas.
The LT18 is advertised as “4 x 5dBi cellular antenna” and has 4 detachable antennas. Does this device have a total of 20dBi gain or 5dBi?
