Cudy LT300 outdoor router- need Verizon Settings

Hi guys,
I have a Cudy LT300 router that I know will work with my Verizon SIM because I have another identical setup, but I can't see the settings in the working setup because of a password issue.
Can anyone help me with the correct APN or other settings to get Verizon 4g internet to connect?
