AT! command OPENCND and SETCND

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what this CND means in those commands?
The reason I am asking this is I am looking at some instructions on how to do magic repair on my LTE routers, and some instructions include a sequence of CND relate command, but some other instructions don't have this. So I am wondering what they do.
