NORDVPN Installation on Mofi4500

I have been trying to install NORDVPN on my Mofi4500 router without success. The router has NORDVPN listed as a supported supplier (NORDVPN does not list Mofi4500 routers as being compatible nor incompatible with their VPN). I have entered the name and password supplied by NORDVPN (not name or password I assigned for my NORDVPN account). As entered the server name and checked the "Enable NordVPN" box. I get no internet connection. Is there anything else I need to do? Thanks for your review and comments/suggestions.
