T-Mobile hotspot TTL PS5

My setup is archer c7 openwrt 21.02.3 & hotspotting T-Mobile from a jailbroken iPhone, I put “iptables -t mangle -A POSTROUTING -j TTL --ttl-set 65” in custom firewall settings and everything is working fine for all devices connected to my router except for my PS5, anybody have an idea what the problem could be? I also followed this guide viewtopic.php?t=3498 but still no luck.
