Caylx Institute Sim Not working in Orbi LBR20

I just got the Caylx T-Mobile sim with a Franklin T9 hotspot. It works fine on the Franklin but does not work in my Orbi LBR20.
What do I need to do to get it to work in the Orbi ? The APN in my Orbi is wholesale.

Prob need to get that APN set to fast.t-mobile.com
Is wholesale the APN that shows up when its in the Franklin?

Thats not the issue. The tmobile sim is tied the imei of the t9 so that means you got to copy the imei from the t9 to the orbi

jay is correct, the Calyx SIMs are still tied to the original device it shipped in. You have to modify the Orbi to match. The only device I have seen that doesn't seem to need this is the Sierra EM9191.
