Nighthawk 5G Pro MR5100 + Visible? TTL?

Hey, I'm thinking of getting a unlocked Netgear Nighthawk 5G Pro MR5100 and putting a visible sim in, will it be possible to someone change the ttl to bypass the hotspot speed limit?
