EM7455 resets randomly

Hi Guys
I have a Sierra EM7455 WWAN modem that was working fine until few weeks ago. Now it just randomly resets every minutes and has become unusable.
I have attached a screenshot of the at!gstatus few seconds before it was disconnected and the screenshot of the at!gcdump after reconnecting it again.
Does the gcdump makes any sense to you? How do I check what is going wrong?
