NexP1GO / Sierra7455 won't connect to T-mobile SIM

I recently configured the NexP1GO and 7455 and when I put the SIM card there is no connection to internet. I am lost what to look at next. I get 30 down when the sim card is in the hotspot but no connection in the router. What can I troubleshoot next? Are there more commands to run?

Can you explain how you configured the router, and what steps you have taken to troubleshoot the issue?

Which plan? If it is one tied to a particular hotspot it will not work in another device.
