WG1608 firmware update failing.

Hello all, been a while.
I've tried recently to upgrade the FW on my 1608 to no avail. Both the wifix version and the base Goldenorb versions do not work. I forget the error exactly but it basically suggests there's no compatible file when I try to load the .bin
Advice? Tried downloading them more than once. No go.
