Good Afternoon,
Looking for troubleshooting advise please.

I have (below) installed since May 2021. purchased from Wireless Joint
Sierra Wireless EM7411 CAT-7 LTE
WG3526-P 4G LTE WiFi PoE Router Dual Band (2.4GHz-5GHz) WiFi
(2) External directional Antennas

Worked very well up until last week. I was getting 15 mbs down consistently.
Today I am getting less than 2 mbs.
Troubleshooting steps I have performed:
Looked at antennas and connections, no damage, no movement, no moisture in connections.
I have reset modem and router to factory defaults and reconfigured.
unknowns: If something changed at T-Mobile tower.

Band 12 can often be saturated, so I typically avoid it. I see it is on 71 but that db looks high for 71. I would be trying these band combinations, in this order....

71, 2, 4, 66
2,4,66
2,4, 12, 66

Being T-mobile, you can also try sprint...

25, 26 and 41

It can be trial and error when finding the right combo when a particular band is saturated.

Also depends on the band implementation on your tower and how wide they are. Good luck.

Different bands. You were getting CA B2 and B12, the new one shows B71 only. Could be tower changes. Definitely using different bands than before.

Your signal to noise ratio is also terrible now.
