No Modem Present EC25-AF

I tried to do a WIFIX Firmware and a Goldenorb. I have the Mofi 4500 Sim 7 with EC25-AF and tried a couple WE826 firmwares. Once installed I updated the time zone and put vzwinternet in the APN. Everytime I got the no modem present... Does the firmware matter for finding the modem, or did I do something wrong. I reverted back to stock Mofi firmware and everything works fine again. I'm trying to use a custom firmware to use AT commands. Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

When you get the no modem present did you ever try to power cycle it?

Yes, I did, and I've also reflashed over again without saving settings as stated in the instructions. I will post pictures of my system and kernel logs to assist. I'm stuck and in need of help. I can go back to the mofi firmware and everything works fine.

I've reverted back to mofi firmware. If anything else is needed to assist in getting my modem found on Wifix/Goldenorb firmware, I can reload and get that info for you. Thanks for the assist!

The modem->Debug screen would be a first place to look. Does the modem show up there? Bottom section. Does the USB hub show up there?
