T-Mobile USB Port Question

My T-Mobile Home Internet Modem (Nokia 5G21-12W-A) has a USB-C port.
Reading the manual, it says "USB Port Currently Not Functional"
Does anyone know if it will at least provide power? I don't have a USB-C cable to plug into it for testing and don't want to order one if it doesn't work.
Was thinking of using it to power the small cooling fan I have sucking air through the modem.
