OUTDOOR ROUTER that is the name of them

I have two of each type of these routers that mount on a pole with Cat 6 modems and two inside units and a couple years ago they all stopped working at the same time, I mean the units work if I put a 10GB plan sims or something like this in the units, but I have the business account 100GB Unlimited and it want let me activate the interface. The company is from China said Unlimited plans want work in them anymore. I have used TMO and ATT, does anyone have a work around or magic so they will work with my ATT? Everything used to work in them but there was a change.
