Visible bandwidth testimonials here

Hello All.
Just got a Visible account three weeks ago.& finally started ( for now) using the phone as a tethered hotspot as well as a wifi hotspot. We have a server in basement that feeds two client machines in the house.
For last three days have had the server connected to the ZTE phone via wifi hotspot arrangement , For about two days was getting a steady 5 mBps up & down. Now starting about the third day am down to about .5 mBps down and up. That is a (point) 5.
Am waiting on modem to get a router arrangment going,,was hoping to have this going by now.
Has any one or two year Visible customers experienced this. We do not really use internet all that much,,,dont have a clue what the actual data useage would be. We are in the sticks, and on a mom & pop wireless ISP for many years and get 1.5 mBps down and up,,so anything is going to be an improvement ( maybe) over what we had.
