Winegard WF2-435

Hi-tech geniuses I'm a newbie to Nomad Camping and bought,I hope not hastily a used Winegard WF2-435 to solve all my wifi and internet problems. As T mobile will not sell to me because of a dispute 25 years ago I am limited to all other services but if it makes sense I would like to use the $250+ Winegard I purchased unless you tell me it is way outdated or something of that nature. I do not need 5g and from what I've read it will not be readily available for quite some time (5+ years) So 4g is fine.
Secondly, any feedback on the Calyx Institute and their non-profit service for 4g would be greatly appreciated as well
