Sprint Mifi 8000 using Tmobile (Full Time)

It's been roaming on T-mobile for over 2 weeks. It's now connected thinking it'll jump back onto Sprint's band but not this time.. It's now consistently stays on Tmobile without the roaming icon. I'm guessing the sprint sim (provided by from Mobile Citizen) is no longer being provisioning on just Sprint anymore. But can I still upgrade to a Rm502q-ae?
