Verizon Tablet plan leaking hotspot data on GLINet x750?

Have not installed LUCI yet. Just running UI from GLiNet. So I didn't mangle the Ipv4 and IPV6 TTL.
TTL set to 64.
Got a string of messages saying all the hotspot data has been used?
Do I need to install LuCI and mangle the IPV4/IPV6 in firewall to fix this?
