Is there any equivalent Cat 18 , 4 CA device for ATT? Or a sierra wireless card that does the same thing?

Nighthawk is pretty close, Cat 16 with 4 CA.

I looked at this but it would require opening up the case to get into the connections to attach four external directional antennas correct?
