Need help with plan + devices

Currently have a pixel 5 on verizon using that as a hotspot and a inseego m2000 with tmobile 100gb.
Verizon plan is play more unlimited 5g - Needless to say it's congested to hell and back locked on band 13 - I'm lucky to get above 1mbs during the day. Honestly, Gonna talk to the family didn't know t-mobile would pull better speeds lte + 5g.
Going to return the inseego m2000 and tmobile 100gb data plan. Doesn't have an ethernet port or a place for antennas. I'm new to rural living. I'm spoiled to cox communication. So, I'll need some help.
Need help with an unlimited tmobile plan(haven't tried at&t) and help with modems/router + antennas until starlink becomes available even then I'll need something stable for latency without drop outs for games.
