USB3 PCI-e Enclosure Question

I installed an LM960A18 into the LTE-Fix USB3 enclosure. During connection I'm getting errors trying to get information from the SIM. Before I go down the path of this being a hardware issue, Is there something I'm missing?

Hey there, welcome to the forum.

I'm assuming your using the SIM in the USB3 enclosures adapters SIM slot? What device are you plugging it into?
