C4r400 router

Hello, I have this C4r400 router that is currently our home network through an rural provider in our area. It runs on the ATT network which is terrible. Is there a way that I can use a Verizon sim to make it run on the Verizon network?
I am currently at work. So I am not around the router for more information.
