which of all the options available in the market you all think will performe well for these 2 bands? B2 and B4.

I'm currently getting RSRQ of 12db ~ 15db for both and RSRP of 95, SINR around 0 ~ -17

The parabolic mimo grid at The Wireless Haven has the most gain on those bands. Your signal is already decent enough, though, so a cheaper mimo panel antenna should suffice.
