EM12-G Sprint Tablet SIM not getting IP

I have an EM12-G with a sim form a sprint tablet. When I connect to bands 25,26, and 41 I get no IPv4 IP address. It shows 255.255.255.255 as the IP but I appear to get an IPv6 IP. Certain applications and websites work, but others do not. I have tried all 3 sprint APNs. If I leave the APN blank I can get an IP on Band 2. I assume this is due to the T-Mobile merger. This would be fine except the final location of the device only sees Sprint band 25. The modem is in an The Wireless Haven router with their firmware. Any help is appreciated.
