Spitz GL-X750

I recently bought this modem. I set it up and it came with a nano T-mobile SIM card. When I went on the Admin panel it said the SIM card needed to be activated. We went to gl-inet support and it seemed like they activated it. I checked with T-mobile and it said the card was activated. However the admin panel still says it needs to be activated. I reset it countless times and it keeps doing the same. I had internet connection for about an hour and it just stopped and the same error came up again. SIM was removed and checked that it was in place already as well. I need help figuring out how to get this error to stop coming up and get internet access.
