How to confirm my sim is compatible with a Sierra Card?

I have mutliple devices right now that I've been testing out trying to get the most out of my houses close proximity and clear LOS to multiple towers.
I used to run a Mifi8000 through Sprint that I got from Calyx. I realized there are services that run cheaper. So I switched over to a Zing from PCsForPeople. I then realized it's impossible to tether the Zing to my Asus router like I did with the Mifi8000 due to a driver issue (the speed also dropped from 150mbps to 20-40 mbps). I now have got a Coolpad Surf coming through PCsforpeople, and a Franklin T9 (T - Mobile service). I'd like to get one of those SIMS to run on a Sierra card to maximize my speeds. Is there any resource to find if my SIMs would be compatible with a Sierra card or able to be made compatible through some tweaking. Thanks for any info anybody has!
