MR1100 supported CA groups?

Hey guys looking for info on what bands can be locked together for 4x ca on the m1.

Currently using an EP06 on 66+66 which gives me the best speeds on my tower. 66+12 is right behind. Are the following possible on the m1?

66 + 66 + 12 + 14
66 + 66 + 12 + 2
66 + 66 + 12 + 4
66 + 66 + 12
66 + 66 + 14 + 2
66 + 66 + 14 + 4
66 + 12 + 2 + 4 or 14

I can't find any info on ca groups, if anyone has any info thank you in advance.
