Modem temperature - what is within range?

Folks,
I've got a WG3526 with an MC7455 using an AT&T sim card. I've noticed at times the modem temperature will be as high as 65 degrees (celsius). Is this an acceptable temperature? I would think cooler is better?
Has anyone installed a small 12v fan in their WG3526? Or set up an external fan on the side of the WG3526 to increase cooling?
