MOFI 4500 and t-mobile sim from laptop

Hi All,
I am receiving a MOFI 4500 this week. I have a laptop with a t-mobile sim in it (pay like $20 a month for data on it). Does anyone know if I pop that sim into the MOFI if it will work?
