WE826 + SW EM7455 No internet

Hey guys and gals, hoping someone might be able to help me get this working. I have a WE826 running GoldenOrb with a sierra wireless EM7455 that is not cooperating. The modem and sim are recognized but it will not connect. I have a verizon sim out of an ellipsis jetpack and was using the vzwinternet APN.
This is a dell DW5811e that has supposedly been flashed to the generic firmware. Here is the output of modem debug:
Anyone have any ideas?
