Generic Quectel RM520N-GL vs Lenovo Quectel RM520N-GL (MFG Part #: 4XC1Q24435

I want to upgrade the LTE/5G module in my router to a "Quectel RM520N-GL". Is there a difference between buying a Generic branded RM520N-GL vs buying a Lenovo brand RM520N-GL (MFG Part #: 4XC1Q24435)? Is there different firmware that may be an issue?
