Is it possible to modify the D-Link dp311p wireless printer server witch has only WEP encryption with WPA/WPA2-PSK encrypion?
cause there is no other centronics wifi printerserver available I think.

Gosh, I haven't uttered the word "Centronics" since the early 90's. heh
You can't add WPA2 unless the manufacturer released a firmware update to support WPA2.
Being an old tech, there weren't many Centronics wireless adapters made back then.
WEP is fine for print server, it's not like you're transmitting some state secrets (or are you?! lol)
Another option is to get Centronics to Ethernet adapter connected to a modern Ethernet to WiFi bridge with WPA2 support.
Or if possible, replace the printer with a modern printer with WPA2 built in.
Check out this one which includes WPA but not WPA2.

Would that Trendnet adapter work with WPA but not WPA2?
Honestly WEP is fine too, it's just a printer, there's not much to hack on it. lol
