SIM unlock NETGEAR MR 2100

Hi, I'm new here.
I had purchased an old Netgear Mr2100 portable Hotspot but unfortunately it's it's locked to Ooredoo Kuwait, can someone help me to unlock the device to use the Sims of my choice.
