Sierra Wireless Air Prime Model EM7455

Hello Hello,

I hope someone can help me to flash the LTE Modul.
Sierra Wireless Air Prime EM7455
I found here an Tutorial, but it doesnt work.

I already buyed the Adapater and followed the Steps, but I cant flash the LTE Modul.
There is always an Error Code and more.

There is a Picture in the Attachment.

Please help me, because i dont know what to do.

Which specific sierra modem update file are you using to run on windows for the update? Are you running it as administrator? (right click on file, run as admin)

i tried everyone Update from this link here

But its not working. And yes im running it as adminstrator.

I have no idea why it is not working. :(

Sorry I didn't look close enough at your pic.

Your picture shows the network adapter, but no com ports. I'm guessing you have the latest Windows drivers, but it's odd that there are no com ports loading. The software isn't finding the ports to control the module for updating.

It should roughly look something like this:
