Budget Outdoor 4G/5G Antenna Project

Post by DeUndefined1 »

It's been so long. I wanted to try something new. Ill probably might make a future YouTube video soon about it. But I'm switching from the Sprint Mifi 8000 running on Human I-T (Mobile Citizen).
  • I will be using a cheap $15 enclosure that I've previously had bought from eBay as a 4G Antenna for this project. I'll have to gut the insides and leave only the mirror. However, since it was built to be a high gain antenna, I'll have to detune the system by cutting the mirror just enough also so that I can have enough room for the build.
    • I will be purchasing;
      1) RM502Q-RM or higher
      2) Netgear Nighthawk MK62 AX1800 Mesh Router (Indoors)
      3) NGFF(M.2) to USB 3.0 Adapter
      4) 4 SMA (600-3800MHz) Cellular Omni-Directional Paddle Antennas (or better)
      5) Low Profile Adhesive Router PCB Mounting Pads
      6) 4 MHF4 Female to SMA Female Bulkhead (Straight) 5 Inch Cables
      7) Openwrt Compatible Wifi 6 Router
