EM160R-GL AT commands

Does anyone know the AT commands for the EM160R-GL? I cannot get the usual commands from the excel sheet to work, it just errors out. I suspect I am band locked to 66 right now. My old ep06a would CA 4&12 and 66&12 the em160 is stuck on 66.
