Is your router having problems? That router is an established router. Though I understand wanting the newest firmware just to get whatever updates may come with it, it usually never translates in higher speeds or stronger connections. If it isnt broken, theres no need to fix it.

Re: NEXQ6GO
You would have to request it from thewirelesshaven.com. But, I bet it would be posted here as the newer versions become available. I believe the version on the routers now is from May of this year. It works well.

Re: Can't connect to closest tower.
B71 is a far reaching band. Lock your modem out of B71. It may see that radio and like it better. Maybe just lock it to B2, B4, B66 and B12.

1. The Wireless Haven version has a few nuggets added, nothing major different overall. 2. This is a great place to talk goldenorb/rooter, but the main dev board is https://forums.whirlpool.net.au/thread/3vx1k1r3?p=650 3.-ish I believe you can ssh into any goldenorb/rooter router. It looks like your device has been blocked. What type of account do you have? Ipad Prepaid account? ATT reseller?

If you don't do facebook, send me an email. I can help.

Re: Anyone Familiar with Hello Mobile?
I use a T-mobile plan direct from T-Mobile in an LTE router. I told them I was using it in a tablet. They gave me the Magenta Plus unlimited plan for tablets. Its like $50 a month. SimpleMobile should also work great for like $50 or $60 a month. BillA is our local SimpleMobile expert I think.
