I would set all bands back to unlocked then power cycle the router. See what happens. If it still acts goofy, I would turn off n71, and maybe b71. See how it works. Is it also setting up on stand alone n71? Where the UI shows n71 only? If so, you may want to lock out the SA n71 with: AT+QNWPREFCFG: ...

Are you using the stock 2.5A power supply? That sounds like a power issue.
That is weird about the wifi still broadcasting. How did you disable it? I'm sure you did it like I would, but just asking.

Re: AT&T Unlimited for Tablet Plan Question
ATT, Verizon, and Tmobile all still have unlimited tablet plans (business accounts usually are the simplest). Typically it's best to get ZERO hotspot on the plan. This make it easier to understand if you're using hotspot or not. Since there is no hotspot, it either works or it doesn't.

I recommend going with dedicated wifi access points. Vilo is coming out with a wifi6 version. I really like their system. Many have shown favor for tp-link deco systems. I've used Ubiquiti stuff a bit, and tp-link omada access points.

Re: EM9191: SIM not inserted
@Didneywhorl , Very much appreciated, still thinking about what antenna I want to go with. I wanted to get something like the high beam 2x2 mimo antenna to maximize signal gain but like you said previously its not available. Do you have any recommendations for a similar product? I know of the 2x2 a...

Performance-wise there is no difference. Bands wise, the GL supports less bands overall. You can check their stats side by side on the Quectel website. Overall its just the Stand alone 5G bands if I recall correctly. Country of use shouldn't matter with Quectel, I think. Might be safer with the GL.

Re: LBR Lost connection completely.
The first part sounds like they figured out you had a non-hotspot plan in the router, then you go on to say its a hotspot plan! I would say the SIM has gone bad. Verizon shows the hotspot plan not activated and wont allow it to be? You may just need them to re-issue you a SIM card. The LBR20 is on t...

Re: How to set up NEXQ6GO-M to failover from copper to cellular?
Good video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHWYH_5ooEY You will need MWAN3. If that is not in your firwmare build, you can try and add it, or if that fails ask wireless haven for a version with MWAN3 in it, or ask the Rooter guys for a version of firmware that works with your router with MWAN3...

Re: New user, unable to connect to cell network
Hello there. Please don't post your modem IMEI or SIM card ICCID numbers. Malicious people could cause you problems with those numbers. I believe the new Visible SIMs use: vzwinternet ...as the new APN. Change yours to that. Also, disable the Quectel APN Auto Select feature: AT+QMBNCFG="autosel...

Re: EM9191 Band Locking
You got it, but you can drop the last 2 sets of zeros: AT!BAND=12,1,"n41 SA",4,0000010000000000,0000000000000000 ...or at least on the latest firmware you can. IF you want to also add some NSA bands or LTE bands you will have to run separate commands (1 for LTE ,3 for NSA, 4 for SA, 0 for ...

It's likely that that specific modem isn't in the routers PID database so the firmware has no clue what it is.
