The Nighthawk is a Cat 16 Modem which is the good news.
The bad news is that Cell Carriers HATE this thing!
It’s going to be hard for find a SIM/Data plan that with work for you.
Have you looked into T-Mobile Home internet yet?

With 50FT of cable you will have signal loss in the cable even with LMR-400! Would stay off the roof!! Get a good panel with SMA connectors. Stay under 10FT of cable Here is an example. Do you know what band the modem is using??

I have seen the same thing with cellmapper, was getting a signal that was 90deg off the tower. Cellmapper is like the other things I find on the internet... trust but verify!! ;) I would bring the M1 to the tower for testing. The only problem with the home internet with TM it may not be in your area.

WI, is the #1 spot for 5G, not sure about the north part. To get “unlimited” data you need to bend the rules of service for an iPad data plan. This is getting harder to do.
