Far as I know the only difference would be the limitations of the Lan ports. For example a WE826 has 100 Mbps limited Lan ports. Allot of people say it will be actually limited to 85 Mbps in real life use.

Personal disclaimer have never done this. Think good place to start is manually entering the APN and making sure that ipv4 and ipv6 is enabled. Visible must have ipv6 to work. It is in the user interface of the the LBR20

I'm using a t-mobile data only SIM. They aren't different plans. I'm physically moving the SIM card between different devices. The phone is a OnePlus 8. Which is a 5g phone, but I'm only testing on lte. I thought it might be firmware but I didn't see any 3rd party firmware for any of these devices....

So yeah I agree something is up with issues you are having. Band 12 is a lower frequency able to travel farther. Which is why you can get it pointed the wrong way. With it being a lower frequency it will be slower as well.

Yes from what I hear it is currently mobile solution. Not suppose to be but is. Would advise going that route. It is monthly so soon as it don't work cancel it. Also if you use magenta max and a TTL of 64 can use it in a router without paying higher amount for unlimited hotspot data

Hello, Had a issue in the past that Mofi firmware wouldn't work since was using the wrong protocol. Allot of time when you flash firmware will change your protocol.

Glad to see someone ask that. I'm using visible, I set my modem TTL to 64 for both IPV4 & IPV6 and I see 85-87mbps dn & 17-20mbps up. I use a second set of TTL rules for tethering, those are set to 65 for both IPV4/IPV6, the only thing limited is video streaming since I don't use a VPN. DDK...

Running things through the VPN would add at a minimum 1 additional hop so I guess makes sense that when you add one or more to your TTL it works. I do not have visible but would bet all of this would be eliminated by routing through a VPN. Wouldn't think the additional TTL changes were necessary, probably just the VPN. Yes, made the suggested changes. Tried 2,4,5,66 bands together VPN on phone. Don't know how to get it on the computer. 11Dn 3.5Up on computer.
